Practicing Orthodontist $745
Student $250
Full time faculty $395

REFUND POLICY: Paypal will not refund credit card processing fee (~3%) 30 days or more following your initial registration. If you request a refund 30+ days following your registration, that fee will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.
